Company Information
Buffalo Communications is both a new organization, and a new type of organization. One that was created around VoIP. Though we do offer and support traditional telephone solutions, the vast majority of our sales are VoIP based systems. We offer solutions for all sized organizations 2 phones to 5000. Our engineers are highly experienced with a network focus. We hold certifications and designations from Cisco, Mitel, Toshiba, and others. The fact is VoIP takes a specialized skill set we have extensive experience with telephone systems, network systems, messaging systems, and LAN infrastructure. We have extensive and referenceable implementations and offer a variety of solutions that address a broad spectrum of requirements.
Mitel Networks Platinum Solution Provider
Mitel Platinum Solution Providers must use Mitel Networks-certified technicians that install and maintain Mitel Networks systems. Within the Mitel Networks family, Buffalo Communications is recognized for its technical expertise and for its emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. Buffalo Communications is a Mitel Networks Platinum Solution Provider in good standing, adhering to stringent customer service requirements. Platinum Solution Providers are required to be technically certified by Mitel Networks on all products they sell and to regularly attend update-training courses to be re-certified on new product developments and software upgrades.
Buffalo Communications met with Mitel Networks in late 2002 and was rapidly awarded the prestigious certification of a Mitel Networks Platinum Solution Provider. This is Mitel's highest technical designation. In fact, Buffalo Communications holds more Mitel certifications than any other organization in Colorado.
